Job Well Done

I had Joe and crew perform a variety of projects around the house from plumbing to electrical work and painting. I am very happy with everything. My house was left immaculate and I was very comfortable letting them work in the house while I was not there. The total price for it all was affordable considering the amount of effort and time they spent on the job. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for quality and great customer service at a reasonable cost.

Multiple Tasks.. all done in one week

We had Joe and his crew paint all doors, trim and windows in our three bedroom townhouse. He did a great job and finished within two days. We then decided we would like beadboard under the chair rail in the kitchen and he came out the next day and completed the work. It looks great! The price is very reasonable for the work. I would definitely use them again!

Superior Service

As a single Mom, I have a lot of things on my “to-do” list that just take more expertise than I have. Joe fixed things large (attic fan) and small (track lighting), and he did so with efficiency, attention to detail, and a terrific personality to top it off.

Great Job

Just had Joe and his crew do some long overdue work in my bathroom.  Wallpaper removal, wall prep, paint walls – ceiling – trim and new light fixture.  They did a great job and made sure to clean up after themselves.  I plan to call on Joe for any additional household needs!

I had a stopped up kitchen sink and found the old iron pipe had rusted through and was leaking into my basement. I also noticed, while Joe was here the up stairs toilet was leakinginto the bathroom below.

As always joe was great. The kitchen fix required him to tear out most of the wall under the sink to replace the worn pipe. I asked him to replace the rest of the pipe going to the basement while the wall was open but he said it was newer and did not need replacing – saving me several hundred dollars. As I said above while Joe was here I saw the upstairs toilet leaked into the bath below. While Joe was finishing the kitchen I ran out and bought two toilets. He replaced the one in the upstairs bath, tore out the water damaged ceiling in the downstairs and replaced it . He also installed the downstairs toilet even though it was not part of the original request. It was a long day for Joe and his crew but they completed the work. All of it works and looks great. I cannot say enough about Joe. He also handles maintenance on a couple of rental properties and my tenants love him. Would I use Joe again? I can’t imagine using anyone else!

Joe and his team helped us put French doors in our office. They also put up drywall and painted our foyer. They did a wonderful job and finished in the timeframe they had quoted us.

They missed the first appointment. It just fell through the cracks somehow. The phone dispatcher did not know why, but the crew just didn’t show up at all. That is why they get a B for punctuality, which would be an F had they not made up for that later. The phone dispatcher admitted the mistake and told me it was their problem, so I wouldn’t have to worry about my coupon expiration date. They were punctual on the next appointment and showed up with a crew of 3, not knowing how simple my job was. They were in and out quickly and did the job well. I tend to forgive people who readily admit their mistakes. When someone won’t admit a mistake, that tells you to expect more mistakes. So these folks made only one and it was quickly remedied

Pressure washed and reinforced deck. Replaced damaged or rotted facia boards and sophits. Removed out paneling from walls in two rooms and stairwell, installed insulation and hung and finished drywall , and completely painted both rooms. Installed and painted trim and baseboards.Repaired and painted cathredral ceiling. Extracted old and installed new front door. Put in ceiling fan, including rewiring switch. Replaced all electrical outlets in the house. Remodeled a bathroom – including installing a new shower, sink and countertop, tiled floor, lighting and removed wallpaper, and painted walls and trim.

 It was an easy process considering that walls were being ripped out, etc. The crew was easy to work with, ameniable to all requests. They came to work promptly at 8 AM and often worked until 6:30 or 7 PM. Joe Gosa was very pleasant and answered all questions and addressed any concerns promptly. He pointed out a safety hazard he noticed with old electrical outlets, prompting us to request that he change out all the outlets in the house. We felt their work was very professional and detailed – Joe even painted the interior shutters in the living room, and a strip of the kitchen and his crew cleaned the windows.We are so pleased with the experience and outcomes that have already ask him for an estimate for our next project.
